We’re expanding across Europe and looking for a Car Rental Fleet Agent to join our growing team in Vienna.

Schedule: Monday - Friday. Every other week on duty for interventions and customer support 24/7 (including weekends and nights).

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, partners, and car service providers

• Diagnose and identify vehicle issues promptly

• Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, technical inspections, and service scheduling

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for consumables (e.g., tires, oil, windshield fluid, office supplies)

• Ensure timely repairs and availability of vehicles for customer use

• Verify all vehicle issues are resolved upon return from service centers

• Provide technical support to clients during the rental period

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

• A genuine passion for cars—you enjoy hands-on tasks like basic repairs, maintenance, and detailing because you believe no one takes better care of a car than its owner

• A valid Category B driver’s license

• Basic mechanical and technical knowledge

• Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel

• A proactive mindset, marked by integrity, perseverance, and determination, even when facing challenges
