Location: Algarve, Faro (close to the airport).

Schedule: Morning: 08:00-18:00 Mid: 12:00-22:00.
4 days of work followed by 2 days off.

Responsibilities:

• You will provide excellent customer care;

• You will welcome customers at the airport;

• You will transport customers by minibus/shuttle from the airport to the company office and back upon their return;

• You will ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service;

• You will hand over and receive rental vehicles from customers;

• You will sell additional services and collect payment for them;

• You will carefully complete the rental agreement and the vehicle handover report;

• You will inspect the vehicle condition at both pickup and return (identify and record any possible damage);

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service

• Mandatory driving license (B category)

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English

• Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality

• Excellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detail

• Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills
