We’re expanding across Europe and looking for a Fleet Admin Logistic  to join our growing team in Vienna.

Key responsibilities:

• Attention to detail – for the correct verification of policies, expiration dates, documents
• Planning and organization – coordination of registrations, timely renewal of vignettes and insurance
• Time management – meeting deadlines imposed by authorities
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Clear and precise communication – with authorities and colleagues
• Team spirit – collaboration with the Financial, Technical, and Sales departments
• Flexibility and adaptability – to cope with legislative changes or unforeseen situations
• Updating and managing data in current systems

Key requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive logistics
• Good knowledge of German and conversational English
• Communication skills and good relations with authorities
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude
• Computer skills
• Category B driver's license
